This is the high flow 3.5" Turbo horn for LB7 Duramax 

Adds 15+ Horsepower, faster spool up, lower egt's, more Turbo whistle. 

Stock horn is only 2-3/8", This is 3-1/2" that is a huge increase in airflow! 

Does not fit CA Smog Package Trucks without putting a small dent on the turbo horn

Comes ready to install with new bolts!
